CAD design is completed and Flo Vinger picked the world’s best tooling company, in the United States, to create the tooling, prototype and to manufacture.

Pop Top Lock: Year 1 goals
Tooling, Prototype, Testing
Pop Top Lock secures investment and partners in 2024. Next, Flo works with the tooling company to create the tooling and prototype for the Pop Top Lock, resealable can end to hold pressure for carbonated beverages that adhere to the needs of larger suppliers like Coca-Cola and Pepsi.
Pop Top Lock team projects to have tooling, prototype, and testing completed by 2025. 500M Pop Top Lock units will be able to go into production for use on the small press at that time and sales will begin.

Pop Top Lock runs 500M reclosable can ends a year for sale on popular and impactful brands.
Proof of concept is successful and Pop Top Lock creates a high-speed press for the full-scale production line.

Plastic bottles are replaced by Pop Top Lock reclosable can ends to aid in ocean clean up and reducing plastic pollution and production.
Pop Top Lock Co. focuses on recycling education through original media, company partnerships, and consumer education.
